The Secured by Design, PAS 24 and Document Q compliant ADVANCE 70 Window and Door System provides fabricators, installers, specifiers and homeowner with total ‘peace of mind’ when it comes to security.

With excellent thermal properties the ADVANCE 70 Window and Door System keeps the cold out and warmth in with the aesthetically pleasing product adding kerb appeal to any home, whatever the style, period or location.

Whilst the bright appearance of white framed windows and doors remain a favourite, you cannot deny the impact coloured profiles has had on the end consumers demands.

The ADVANCE 70 Window and Door System was designed with security in mind. Rigorous testing to PAS 24: 2016 has been carried out to ensure that our windows and doors meet and exceed Document Q of building regulations.

ADVANCE 70 Windows and Doors are also covered by Secured by Design, the Official Police Security Initiative.

Selecta Systems were one of the first UK system houses to extrude all of our profile with 100% lead free PVCu.

Producing 100% lead free profile makes it easier to recycle at its life end, therefore safer for the environment.

Sustainability
PVCu windows and doors have a long and low maintenance lifespan, which can see them last up to 30-40 years.

What is more impressive is the high quality reuse of PVCu, where it can be recycled up to 10 times - meaning a single window or door has a life expectancy of 350 years!
