Casement windows remain one of the most popular choice of window styles for the home. With so many configurations and variations in styles, colours, features and hardware, it's easy to see why customers continue to make casement windows, the popular choice. Our Advance 70 System offers superb qualities that will exceed expectation in terms of performance, aesthetics and environmental issues.

The ADVANCE 70 System is a fully-integrated, 70mm window and door profile system with both sculptured and chamfered variations. With double and triple glazing options the 5 chambered system has been intelligently designed to meet all requirements for improved thermal efficiency.

The ADVANCE 70 System benefits from large reinforcement chambers, where Selecta steel sections can be inserted for additional strength and rigidity when required, or increased thermal performance when combined with our RTR (Recycled Thermal Reinforcement) Bar.

The ADVANCE 70 System also offers enhanced security options and when correctly specified, casement windows are PAS24 and Secured by Design approved as standard.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

1. PVCu FRAME

Multi-chambered for improved thermal efficiency and performance. Our PVCu frames are also 100% lead free!

3. GLAZING OPTIONS

Double and triple glazing options - 24mm, 28mm and 40mm.

4. RTR BAR

Use RTR (Recycled Thermal Reinforcement) Bar to increase the thermal performance of your windows.

5. GASKETS & SEALS

The gaskets and weatherseals are co-extruded within the frames to provide a weathertight seal - no heat loss or leaks!

FABRICATOR & FITTER FRIENDLY

Fully integrated chamfered and sculptured profile system designed for low stock holding, simple fabrication and easy installation.

  • 5 thermal chambers delivering optimal thermal performance to achieve A+ WER's.
  • Low sightline and high performance weather seals for improved insulation and weather protection.
  • 24mm, 28mm and 40mm glazing options to give you the ability to fabricate cost-effective, energy-efficient windows.

  • Fitter friendly knock-in beads for speedy installation and easier glazing

The windows are double glazed only, laminated to glass P1A on one pane when required, internally beaded only, multi-point locking only, with welded transoms/mullions, tee and/or cruciform joints only. Windows are classified as W.

BEADING OPTIONS TO COMPLIMENT ADVANCE 70 WINDOWS & DOORS

The ADVANCE 70 suite of profiles are available in both a chamfered and sculptured finish. To compliment the windows and doors, we provide a single lead bead with a co-extruded bubble gasket for excellent compression and weather seal.

The 28mm double glazing and 40mm triple glazing beads are available in both chamfered and sculptured to complimented the ADVANCE 70 suite of window and door profiles.

GRAINED AND SMOOTH COLOURS - WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

Our grained effect colours have been designed to replicate the texture and look of wood. The texture is embossed within the coloured foil to add depth and realism to the colour shade or wood effect.

Our smooth effect colours have been created to replicate the smooth finish of aluminium. Dependant on the colour shade, this will either be complimented by a matt or semi-gloss finish to provide you with a clean finish.
