Flush Sash Windows have specifically been designed to conform with the standard for enhanced security performance, which includes testing for air and water tightness and wind loading.

Our BSi Kitemark accreditation reflects high industry standards, where tests expose the products to various extremes when installed, to demonstrate conformity, which reflects the premium quality of profiles that are extruded by the company.

Our ADVANCE 70 multi-chambered flush sash windows achieve Building Regulations Approved Document L and Future Homes Standard energy ratings and U values without adding unwanted expense.

Reducing energy bills and making the home more thermally efficient is high on the list of most homeowners. Understanding that fitting the right combination of profile and glass unit is of immense importance.

Excellent U Values can be achieved with a 4/20/4 28mm double-glazed unit when used with our flush sash profiles.

We have and continue to work closely with the team at Clayton Glass, achieving excellent U Values with both 28mm DGU’s and 40mm TGU’s. All of the above U Values have been achieved using 4mm glass, thus providing our fabricators and installers with a more cost effective solution when it comes to U Values.

Choose between a 5 chambered 70mm frame or an 8 chambered traditionalframe for improved thermal efficiency and performance. Our PVCu frames are also 100% lead free!

Purposely designed to use existing high security locking systems and hardware for low stock holding. Night vent facility.

The ADVANCE 70 suite of profiles are available in both a chamfered and sculptured finish.

To compliment the windows and doors, we provide a single lead bead with a co-extruded bubble gasket for excellent compression and weather seal.

The flush sash beads are available in both chamfered and sculptured to complimented the ADVANCE 70 suite of window and door profiles.

ADVANCE 70 TRADITIONAL 80mm OUTER FRAME

The ADVANCE 70 Window System also offers a traditional 80mm, 8 chambered frame to replicate authentic timber frames. The traditional 80mm frame is best suited to your cottage and heritage styled properties, with the benefit of increased thermal performance, owing to its 8 chambers.

The frame has also been tested to PAS 24 compliance, therefore providing enhanced security and meeting the requirements of Document Q.

Designed for both aluminium and PVCu windows and doors, Urban Bar can upgrade a standard product with a stunning industrial-style finish, creating awe-inspiring spaces that seamlessly blend nostalgia and contemporary appeal.

The aluminium astragal bars are permanently attached to the glass using a patented, sprung steel clip system to enable easy bar positioning which counteracts the effects of thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring the bars stay put for the lifetime of the door.

The flat aluminium bars provide an outstanding, authentic appearance both inside and out, and the internal Duplex bars make the single-sealed unit look like it has been created from individual panes.
