Connect was originally launched in 2018 to provide customers with an online support portal 24/7, 365 days a year. Now in 2023 we see a complete revamp of Connect, which is now much more than an information centre for customers.

Connect now includes a host of features, designed to include the complete marketing support package to help fabricators win new business!

Customers can access marketing, technical and general information, from brochures to an image library, through to technical test reports and product certifications, price lists and order forms. There is a comprehensive library of information, guides and materials connected to the customer and Selecta, whilst also allowing customers to order hard copy brochures, flyers and other marketing materials and services.

Based within your Connect account is your Dealer Network feature. This is where your sales leads will land, which are generated by our Window and Door Designer upon the homeowner website. The style, colour, configuration and hardware of their designed window(s) and/or door(s) are encompassed within a professional enquiry document. This also contains the customers contact details and home visualiser image, if they have used the facility, ready for you to contact, survey and quote!

Well, within Connect, you can! You can have your own logo within the designer and have leads sent directly to your own email address!
